Driftwood Beach is one of my newest series, born by my fascination for this magical place.

 

It consists of ten photo encaustic mixed media works.  My objective was to try and capture the raw beauty in nature after years of getting beaten down by the elements.

It amazing that the trees are still standing with a gnarled and almost petrified appearance.  

 

It’s a place I will never get tired of visiting.
